Here at Mountain Brook Homes we realize that building a home is a very personal thing. It is probably your biggest single lifetime investment, and as such we know you want your house your way. Therefore if you have your own plan, want to make changes to an existing plan or just some special things you want to incorporate into your home NO PROBLEM. You are the boss. It adds no additional charge for us to custom draw your home for you. Often if you are just moving walls around changing room layouts in one of our pre existing models there is no price change whatsoever. I have never had a house go out that wasn't customized in some way to suit the individual buyer, as it should be.
