Homes & Plans

Below we give you a small selection of the home plans and styles we have available. Of course we can alter these or draft a new plan for you! Please feel free to request additional plan books or CDs to be sent to you as we cannot include but a sampling here. Our modular homes are completely stick-built within a controlled factory environment using selected lumber and quality engineered energy efficient products. Then they are transported to their destination and erected on site. Single-family, multi-family and commercial buildings can be constructed in this fashion including commercial and residential apartments and in most cases quality exceeds traditional building methods.

Tax and freight to Buncombe County is included in the price of all our homes. As is the cost of set crew and roofer. Crane and site specific equipment cannot be priced until site inspection as all sites have different conditions
