Modular Homes
Our modular homes are completely stick-built within a controlled factory environment using selected lumber and quality engineered energy efficient products. Then they are transported to their destination and erected on site.
Single-family, multi-family and commercial buildings can be constructed in this fashion including commercial and residential apartments and in most cases quality exceeds traditional building methods.
We have visited the plant of our major supplier Excel Homes to evaluate their construction process from beginning to end and are satisfied that they produce an excellent product.

Tax and freight to Buncombe County is included in the price of all our homes. As is the cost of set crew and roofer. Crane and site specific equipment cannot be priced until site inspection as all sites have different conditions
